New Shine Welfare Society is committed to planting healthy, Christ-centered churches in rural, remote, and underserved communities throughout Andhra Pradesh, India.

We believe the local church plays an important role in reaching people with the Gospel, making disciples, teaching God's Word, caring for families, and bringing lasting spiritual hope to communities.

Our vision is to see new churches established in places where people have limited access to the Gospel and biblical teaching.

Reaching Communities Where the Church Is Needed

Andhra Pradesh is home to thousands of villages and communities, including many rural areas where Christian ministry opportunities remain limited.

Our church-planting ministry seeks to go beyond established church centers and reach people where they live.

We identify communities where there is a need for Gospel ministry, build relationships with local families, share the message of Jesus Christ, and develop opportunities for people to gather for prayer, worship, Bible study, and fellowship.

From Gospel Outreach to a Local Church

Church planting begins with relationships and Gospel outreach.

As people hear the Gospel and respond in faith, we encourage them to grow together through Bible study, prayer, worship, and fellowship. As a group of believers develops, we work toward establishing a healthy local congregation.

Our church-planting process may include:

1. Community Outreach

We enter villages and communities to build relationships, understand local needs, and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

2. Gospel Proclamation

We share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ through personal evangelism, small-group meetings, home visits, and community outreach.

3. Bible Study and Discipleship

Those who respond to the Gospel are encouraged to study God's Word, grow in their faith, and learn what it means to follow Christ.

4. House Churches and Small Fellowships

Where appropriate, small groups of believers begin meeting in homes or other suitable locations for prayer, worship, Bible study, and fellowship.

5. Developing Local Leaders

We identify faithful and teachable believers and provide biblical training and mentoring so that local leaders can serve their own communities.

6. Establishing Local Churches

As a fellowship grows and becomes spiritually mature, we work toward establishing a stable, Christ-centered local church that can continue its ministry within the community.

New Shine Welfare Society places importance on training and mentoring local believers who have a desire to serve Christ. We seek to equip them with biblical knowledge, practical ministry skills, and a heart for serving people.

Our goal is not to create churches that depend permanently on outside support. We want to see churches develop local leadership, local responsibility, and a growing ability to reach their own communities.

Multiplying Churches

Our vision extends beyond planting individual churches.

We desire to see established churches become mission-minded churches that participate in reaching nearby villages and communities.

As new believers become disciples and disciples become leaders, we pray that new fellowships and churches will emerge in other communities.

Serving the Whole Community

We believe a church should be a blessing to the community around it.

Through local churches and ministry partners, we seek opportunities to demonstrate Christ's love by caring for children, families, the elderly, and people facing poverty and difficult circumstances.

Our desire is for every church plant to become a place where people can find biblical teaching, prayer, fellowship, encouragement, and practical compassion.

Our Vision for Andhra Pradesh

Our vision is to see Christ-centered churches established throughout Andhra Pradesh—especially in rural and underserved communities—where believers can worship God, grow in His Word, raise their families in faith, and share the Gospel with others.

We pray that today's church plants will become tomorrow's sending churches.
